Pre-Order Items: Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Orders will be dispatched once stock has been received and hampers have been packed. Estimated dispatch dates are noted on each product page. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: We ship within South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary depending on your area and the courier used, but typically take 3–7 business days from dispatch.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
